Every ONE Free helped me see that my story does not have to end with what happened to me.
Partnering with Every ONE Free as their case manager, Michelle has the joy of watching women arrive at their Pathways to Freedom classes apprehensive, afraid to trust, unsure of the future and in need of hope; but then sees them graduate transformed, confident about the future, equipped with skills to succeed, and finding healing from the past. Survivors are alumni for life and Michelle continues to connect with them for support, encouragement and resources they may need as they begin new lives.
After graduating, survivors are also able to apply for an educational scholarship to use for their next steps in education or job training.
We did a SWOT analysis: (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) which showed that the number of people coming to Christ doubled! As a National Field Director, Joseph wanted to increase the quality and quantity of coaching that our staff received nationally. With greater coaching, we were able to see staff become more effective in partnering with churches towards evangelism this past year. Through the SWOT analysis we saw that one of our greatness weaknesses is funding as a national team and we are praying for God’s provision financially to be able to visit staff on the field more and meet their church partners in 2027.
Our Top 3 Goals for the next 3 years:
1) Lost to Leader Fluency– help our staff partner with churches to create environments that will help people come to Christ, new believers to be grounded in their faith, believers to grow in their faith and practice a lifestyle of evangelism, invest in people who will invest in other people as they become leaders, and equip leaders who lead groups or other leaders.
2) Develop Leaders– as one third of our Cru staff are aging, we want to develop younger leaders and give them opportunities to lead.
3) Extraordinary Prayer– encourage our staff to rely more on God and on the Holy Spirit to work through their lives. Offer months where we focus on prayer walking our neighborhoods in October and focus on fasting and prayer during the month of January.
